Each of these in-person classes is run by Tawnia herself in person at either Longevity Lab or Dynamix Fitness (locations specified below). If you’re interested in signing up, please click the links associated with each class. You can also use the MindBody app to find these classes at their specified gyms. Strength and Conditioning Circuit -
Buns, Guns, and a 6-Pack - A targeted workout to build powerful glutes, defined arms, and a strong core using a blend of strength training, resistance work, and core-focused movements. Designed to add power to your movements, improve posture, protect your lower back, and elevate athletic performance.
TNT Total Strength and Core - This full-body strength class utilizes unilateral training to challenge your muscles, correct imbalances, improve stability, reduce injury risk, and engage your core. Focused ab work is always high-end or integrated into the workout.
