Training for better health and performance, but not a specific event? I can create a custom-written workout plan tailored to fit your fitness level, schedule and available equipment at home, school, or commercial gyms. Designed for an 8-week period after which we reassess and update your program to ensure continued progress. Recommendations will also be given on optional activities to add outside of the gym depending on goals.

Price includes a 45-minute one-on-one session to review your personalized program, along with unlimited support via text, call, or email for any questions.
