  • One to three 45-60 minute onsite or offsite individual training sessions per workout plan (3-day split = three individual sessions; one day plan=one individual session) and one one-hour offsite group training session (optional) for initial monthly or bimonthly plan

  • Additional training recommendations to reach fitness, vanity, or sports specific goals

  • Diet modification and nutritional advice upon request
