Initial onsite visit and equipment recommendations
Customized strength training workout programs designed for monthly or bimonthly (2 month) period
Progression specific to individual fitness levels and goals
One to three 45-60 minute onsite or offsite individual training sessions per workout plan (3-day split = three individual sessions; one day plan=one individual session) and one one-hour offsite group training session (optional) for initial monthly or bimonthly plan
Additional training recommendations to reach fitness, vanity, or sports specific goals
Diet modification and nutritional advice upon request
